Look for a different brand or a plug-and-play model. Having to "download again" on a brand-new product is unacceptable.

According to multiple forums and my own trial and error, the only solution is to manually download the correct software/firmware from a PC, transfer it to a USB drive, and re-flash the receiver. The message "SW is wrong, please download again" essentially means the unit is not usable out of the box. Look for a different brand or a plug-and-play model
