Ensure the robot is turned ON (not sleeping).

Open the 360 Smart app, remove the old robot entry, and add the device as new. Method 2: Full Factory Reset (Hard Reset) Use this if the Soft Reset fails, the robot freezes, or you are selling the device. Warning: This erases maps, schedules, and settings. Ensure the robot is turned ON (not sleeping)
Place the robot on the charging dock and ensure it has power. remove the old robot entry
Press and hold both the Power button and the Home button simultaneously for 5–10 seconds .
Press and hold the Power button for 15–20 seconds until the robot completely shuts down (lights off).
