Renault Dongle Fault May 2026

This is common with cheap 'Renault clip emulators' or fuel-saving dongles.

Why: Renault’s CAN bus expects specific timing . Cheap dongles send garbage data → UCH crashes. This is common with cheap 'Renault clip emulators'

What happens: 🔌 Plug in cheap dongle 🚫 “Card not detected” 🔁 Wipers go crazy 💀 No start renault dongle fault

Unplug the dongle immediately. Step 2: Lock and unlock the car with the key blade. Leave it for 10 minutes. Step 3: If the UCH (body computer) is frozen, disconnect the battery negative terminal for 15 minutes.
