You find it on sale (~$99 or less) and you value build quality + NI software bundle (it includes Ableton Live Lite, Maschine Essentials, and Komplete Select). Otherwise, for the same money, the Arturia MiniFuse 2 or Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (4th Gen) gives you a better driver feature set and equal or better audio quality. For Windows users who just need a stable ASIO driver to play MIDI keyboards and record one mic at a time, the Komplete Audio 2 works perfectly.
