Once the wipe is complete, you will return to the main recovery menu. "Reboot system now" should be highlighted. Press the Power button to select it.
Scroll down and tap Reset Phone or Erase Everything .
Tap on Backup & Reset or Reset Phone (Depending on your XOS version, it may be under "Phone Reset").
Read the warning list. It will show what will be deleted.
Select Factory Data Reset or Erase all data (factory reset) .
If your phone is still under warranty and you are experiencing hardware issues (not software), do not perform a reset — take it to an authorized Infinix service center instead.
A new menu appears. Scroll down to "Format data" or "Factory data reset" (The wording may say "Yes — delete all user data"). Press the Power button to confirm.
